It includes anything relating to your WordPress website such as content updates, style adjustments, install and configure plugins, general WordPress issues, image changes, text updates, etc. Any single task that takes less than 30 minutes to complete.

No, unused support tasks in our Care Plans do not rollover to the following month. We encourage you to take advantage of the included support tasks each month.

We aim to complete the tasks within 24 business hours, but it usually happens much faster.

No! We don't like being locked into contracts either, so all our plans are on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel at anytime after your first one month (30 days) of service. We value our relationship more than a contract and don't want to lock you in.

We check the websites we manage on a weekly or daily basis depending on the plan. When updates are pending, we do them right away. If an update is released and it breaks the site, we will revert back using a previous back up and will hold off on updating it until it gets fixed.

Your site files and database are backed up either weekly or daily depending on the plan to a secure off-site server and stored for either 14 or 30 days.

We try to ensure this will never happen, but sometimes it's beyond our control. If your site does go down, we'll do everything in our power to get your site back up and running as quickly as possible, including assisting in the restoration and cleanup.

Our website care plans are designed for sites we have built, but we welcome other sites as we know many clients are looking for a long term website care plan.

As we know nothing about these sites, we need to do an evaluation to see what shape the site is in before we proceed with the placing the website on a monthly care plan. We charge a flat $100 fee to do a deep dive into the workings of the site and we'll send you a report of what needs fixing or updating, and make suggestions to improve the site.
